The Whangarei Migrant Centre is staffed by volunteers who are managed by the part-time Centre Coordinator, Jessie Manney. Volunteers do everything from greeting newcomers to the Centre, writing newsletters, advertising and promotion, volunteering at community events, data entry, updating information, as well as helping keep the Centre clean and tidy. If you are interested in becoming a volunteer at the Whangarei Migrant Centre check out our volunteer opportunities.
We are always looking for people who can donate some of their time to help us provide services to Whangarei’s migrant community. If you would like to become a volunteer, please download our Volunteer Application Form and return it to us either via post or email.
